Can I supply my own parts?
Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, unfortunately you will not be able to supply your own parts.

Absolutely not. Payment can be made in full immediately after the work has been completed. We accept all major debit/credit cards, cash and Amex.

Do you use aftermarket or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts?
Do you need a certain amount of space to work?

All parts unless otherwise requested will be aftermarket parts. We’ll only ever use brand new, top quality parts. Should you wish for branded parts from your vehicle manufacturer then we are happy to supply, please not that these parts will often be significantly more expensive.

Yes. We will only offer our mobile services where there is suitable space for our mechanics to work. All our mechanics drive long wheelebase, high roof vans and as such a private driveway or parking spot as a minimum is required, we cannot work on the street. If we are doing the work at your office we require your company/parking provider to authorise this as some commercial premises will not allow repairs to be carried out on their sites.

Do you offer accident/bodywork repair?
Do you offer emergency breakdown?

We do not currently offer accident repair services. We can however offer body panel replacement.

Typically we do not offer an emergency breakdown response ourselves. However we do offer a recovery service during working hours.

Can you provide a VAT invoice?
Do your mechanics only work on certain makes and models?

Yes. We are a Vat registered business, Vat number 307 2401 45.

Once your repair work has been competed you will receive a fully detailed Vat invoice.

Our mechanics can work on all makes and models, they all have a minimum of 5 years workshop experience. All mechanics have access to technical software at all times, so if they do come across something new, they can instantly look up the relevant procedure.
