Can I supply my own parts?
Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes you can supply your own parts, however please be aware that in this instance AutoRemedy will not be able to offer our 12 month warranty.

Absolutely not. Payment must be made in full immediately after the work has been completed. We accept all major debit/credit cards.

Do you use aftermarket or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts?
Do you need a certain amount of space to work?

All parts unless otherwise requested will be aftermarket parts. We’ll only ever use brand new, top quality parts. Should you wish for branded parts from your vehicle manufacturer then we are happy to supply, please not that these parts will be significantly more expensive.

Yes. We will only offer our services where there is suitable space for our mechanics to work. All our mechanics drive long wheelebase, high roof vans and as such a private driveway or parking spot as a minimum is required, we cannot work on the street. If we are doing the work at your office we require your company/parking provider to authorise this as some commercial premises will not allow repairs to be carried out on their sites.

Do you offer accident/bodywork repair?
Do you offer emergency breakdown?

We do not currently offer accident repair services. We can however offer body panel replacement.

Typically we do not offer an emergency breakdown response. However you can always ring us to check our availability, we may have a mechanic in your are who may be able to help.

Can you provide a VAT invoice?
Do your mechanics only work on certain makes and models?

Yes. We are a Vat registered business, Vat number 307 2401 45.

Once your repair work has been competed you will receive a fully detailed Vat invoice by email.

Our mechanics can work on all makes and models, they all have a minimum of 5 years workshop experience. All mechanics have access to Autodata software at all times, so if they do come across something new, they can instantly look up the relevant procedure.

How can a mechanic work underneath my car without ramps?
What if Im not sure whats wrong with my car?

AutoRemedy invests heavily in its mechanics, after all they are the life blood of the company. All mechanics have with them a quick jack lift system. This revolutionary jacking system allows our mechanics to lift your car up of the ground by 22″ while still being stable and safe.

If you’re not entirely sure what is wrong with your vehicle then we advise to book our diagnostic inspection service. A mechanic will come out to diagnose the issue, report back to the office and then we can advise you on any further work required.

Where do you source your parts?

We have good relationships with all the major parts suppliers in the UK. Whom we source your part from will depend on the availability of a part at a certain location.

We are also able to source OEM parts direct from manufacturers.
