Existing customer
  1. Call or email us with details of the friend you wish to refer (we will need their name, phone number and email).
  2. We’ll contact your friend and book them a service(s).
  3. Once our mechanic has completed the service(s) your friend will be charged for the work, minus £10.
  4. We will then email you across a discount voucher for £10, this voucher will have a URN (unique reference number).
  5. When you call up to book a service in the future please make sure you quote your URN.
New customer
  1. Call or email us with details of the friend that referred you (we will need their name, phone number and email).
  2. We’ll check that your friend is indeed on our system.
  3. Once we’ve verified your referral is genuine then you are free to book a service with us!
  4. Once our mechanic has completed the service(s) you will be charged for the work, minus £10.
  5. We’ll then email across your referral a discount voucher for £10, this voucher will have a URN (unique reference number) so can only be used once.
