Your first step is to give us a call! Let us know your vehicle registration, the location where you would like the work carried out and finally the service you require.

If you are unsure as to what the problem is, don’t worry! We offer a diagnostic inspection service where a mechanic will come out and diagnose the problem with your vehicle. We can quote for further work after this point.

We’ll put this information into our quoting engine and you’ll have a fixed price quote within just a few minutes of you calling.

We can provide a detailed list of all the parts, services and labour costs needed in order to complete the work. Due to the technology we use to quote we can provide a fair, fixed, transparent price every time.

We will only ever increase the price if your mechanic finds further problems on the day, however we will always discuss this with you first before completing further work.

Our mechanics are available 6 days a week from 9AM – 5PM and a great benefit of using AutoRemedy is that we can complete your repairs at your place of work to save you having to take time off!

Let us know your preferred date and time and confirm the location for the work to be done.

We don’t charge there and then and we don’t need any credit card details for your booking, our mechanics carry portable card terminals with them so you can pay on the day after the work has been carried out. We also take cash if necessary and for our business’ customers we can invoice.

On the morning of your chosen date your mechanic will collect the parts needed and be with you for your chosen booking time. They’ll introduce themselves and then get on with the work, if you have requested the repairs be carried out at your place of work then please be available to hand over your keys.

Please avoid driving your vehicle 30 minutes before your appointment time in order to keep the engine cool.

During your appointment please feel free to ask your mechanic any questions, after the service has been completed your mechanic will carry out a multi point inspection, this can pick up essential safety flaws your vehicle may have.

Once the work has been completed your mechanic will explain what has been done, payment can be made by all major debit/credit cards on the day via a portable terminal.

You will receive a detailed invoice via email on the same day (saves paper!).

All work carried out comes with a 12 month warranty on labour and parts.

If something goes wrong with any work that was carried out or a part becomes faulty, then we fully cover you for repairs to rectify the issue. Any further repairs will be free of cost to you!

Shortly after your chosen service(s) has been completed you will receive an email asking for a review of AutoRemedy, we kindly ask that you complete this review, it should only take you a matter of minutes and will be publicly available to view straightaway.
