How do I pay?
Will I receive a receipt/invoice?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not accept AMEX.

Yes, you will receive a payment receipt there and then when you pay by card. By the end of the day you will receive a detailed invoice for your records by email.

How do I resolve any billing issues?
Can I pay with cash or cheque?

Either call us or send us an email to info@autoremedy.co.uk.

We can take cash but please be aware that our mechanics DO NOT carry change with them, please have the right amount ready to pay. If you do not, we reserve the right to round up the total due, i.e. £137 to £140.

When do I pay?

Payment must be made by debit/credit card immediately after your chosen service(s) have been completed. On the rare occasion we agree to complete work in your absence then payment must be made via bank transfer that same day.
