How do I make a booking?

  3. Make the booking!

Yes, within an hour of you making your booking you will receive an email containing the location, arrival time, expected repair time and cost for your choses service(s) to be carried out. You will also receive your mechanics details for ease of mind.

How long does the booking process take?
Can I book a mechanic for the same day?

If you know which services you need, then the whole process should take no longer than 5 minutes. If you need help diagnosing an issue then we can book you in for a diagnostic inspection.

Normally we ask for one days notice, however it all depends on our availability and your location! We’ll always try to accommodate. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I amend or reschedule an appointment?
Will I receive a booking conformation?

Yes of course. Just give us a call, all we ask is that you give us at least a days notice.
